Elizabeth Downer Riker is an American realist painter and New York resident.  Born in Boston, raised on a barge in Paris and inspired by her time in New Mexico, Elizabeth translated her passion for painting the people and open landscapes of New Mexico to the rooftop farms of New York, juxtaposed by the city sprawl.

Her paintings have been exhibited extensively in the United States, France, Switzerland and Mexico.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all online art sales conducted by Coffeeright Creator Gallery (“Gallery,” “we,” or “us”), a gallery operating under the laws of the State of New York. Buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms:

Purchases will be made available to buyer at the end of the COFFEERIGHT CREATOR GALLERY show in which the offering is displayed.

1. Payment and Title: Accepted payment methods include credit card, wire transfer, or another method agreed upon by the Gallery.

3. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The Gallery may assist with shipping arrangements as a courtesy, but assumes no liability for loss or damage during transit. All works are sold “as is, where is” from New York, NY.

4. Authenticity and Condition: All artworks are offered in the condition described and are sold as-is. Descriptions, provenance, and condition reports are provided in good faith but do not constitute warranties. 

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation: The Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any offering at any time before or during the sale and to cancel any sale in the event of error, dispute, or unforeseen circumstance.

6. Limitation of Liability: Coffeeright Creator Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any sale. 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York. 

8. Modifications: The Gallery reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice.
